a non-transferable signal attached to verified contributions. Closer to a citation than a payment.
recognition
public credit and attribution.
mixed
any combination of the above.

Harmonics are not currency. They are non-transferable, do not redeem, and carry no claim on material assets. They reflect contribution as a measurable record — a citation network, not a payment system.
